  • Production Time: Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary based on demand and product availability.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is produced, it will be shipped through a Standard Shipping

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic (Australia): All states and territories.

  • International: North America & Europe. Shipping availability and costs will be calculated at checkout.

    Note*: As we have specific fulfillment regions for certain products, shipping can be longer than the Shipping times described on item 4 (shipping times).

6. Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, if your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

8. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
